3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on elonbet can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Funds generally appear in your account promptly after a deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Winnings can be withdrawn using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Right to Decline

elonbet reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request that appears suspicious or where evidence of a breach of these Terms is found.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

elonbet offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200 — to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering requirements, which are stated on the offer page.
• Bonus funds will not be counted as cash until the wagering requirements are met.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another while it is active, unless stated otherwise.
• If evidence of fraud or manipulation involving any bonus is found, the account will be suspended.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The elonbet VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is paid at each level, calculated as a fixed percentage of the net losses for that week. At the Gold level, cashback is paid at up to 0.9% — for example, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would earn ৳180 in cashback.

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Check the odds, amount, and all other details carefully before placing a bet. elonbet reserves the right to cancel any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error on the platform.

5.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sports event or game is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. For partially completed events, decisions will be made in accordance with elonbet's policy.

5.3 Maximum Win Limits

Some games and betting markets may have a maximum win amount set for a single session. This limit is stated on the relevant game or market page.

5.4 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the elonbet platform:

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Colluding with other users to win dishonestly.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no login or activity for an extended period. The user will be notified in advance.

elonbet always aims to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur for technical reasons. elonbet will not be liable in the following cases:

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.
